About Us

At ExoTopia, we believe every creature has a story worth sharing. What started with a passion for caring for reptiles has grown into a community-driven brand built on love, responsibility, and style.

Our mission is simple: to celebrate reptiles and exotic pets while giving their keepers a way to express that passion in everyday life. From apparel and accessories to enrichment kits, everything we design is inspired by the animals we care for and the bond we share with them.

From Forgotten, To Forever isn’t just our slogan — it’s our promise. We strive to shine a light on the beauty of reptiles, to give them the recognition they deserve, and to support the people who make their lives better.

ExoTopia isn’t just a brand. It’s a movement for animal lovers everywhere. And it all started with the animals that inspired us most—our own. 🦎🐍🐢

Pikachu

Before Mr. Pikachu, I had reptiles, but never one in such a critical state. In 2021, while nannying, I discovered him living in a 10-gallon tank under severe neglect—malnourished, his bones showing, and his eyes sealed shut. The family admitted he hadn’t eaten in weeks and was a “burden.” I knew I had to act.

That first night, I wasn’t sure if he’d make it. But after careful soaks, removing stuck shed, and force-feeding Repta Boost, he slowly found the will to live again. Over six months, he fully recovered and thrived in a proper 40-gallon habitat, happy and healthy.

In 2023, Pikachu developed cancer. Despite every treatment we tried, his body couldn’t fight it. I made the hardest choice—to ease his suffering before the pain began. He passed peacefully, leaving an impact on every vet and person he met.

Pikachu shaped me into the rescuer I am today. He taught me the importance of giving overlooked reptiles a chance—not just to survive, but to thrive. From Forgotten, To Forever.

Hazel

Hazel is an 11- year old fully blind Leopard Gecko. I rescued this sweet girl back in 2023, after the loss of my prior Leo rescue, Pikachu. Hazel came from a very rough situation. I am her 8th owner in only 11 years. She was tossed from home to home, losing her tail and developing an eye infection in the process. She’s been through things no animal should have to endure. However, Hazel will continue to live the rest of her life here, with proper care, and knowing nothing but love for the remainder of her life.

Lemon & Lime

Lemon & Lime are both from a nearby breeder. They were gifted to me as a Christmas gift back in 2018. They came slightly malnourished and cohabbed. They now thrive in solitary care, and enclosures personal to their needs. Though they aren’t nearly as social as my other reptiles, I love them the same! They have unique personalities that fill any room with joy.

Issac & Cleo

Issac was my first ever reptile. I rescued her, along with Cleo with my brother, who I can thank for getting me into reptiles. Issac was my girl while Cleo was his. When we first got these girls, care standards looked very different then, than they do now. They at one point were cohabed, many years ago. These spunky girls now thrive in solitary tanks. Both of these girls are the friendliest of geckos you will ever meet. They will never fail to make you smile.

Kenga & Jasper

Kenga and Jasper both were rescued from the same household. Unfortunately, their prior caregiver could no longer care for them. I was hesitant to get Kenga, as I had never owned a skink before, but I am so glad I did. I originally only rescued Kenga, not ever expecting to get another skink. Several months later, the same person reached out to me that Jasper still had no interest. They tried various rescues and facebook rehoming pages. Anytime someone peeked interest, it was suddenly lost after they found out about his skittish behavior. I went back and got Jasper as shy animals deserve good homes too! They now live in proper tanks, separate, and are thriving in their new forever home. I couldn’t be more grateful I rescued these two. They have so much personality!
